In her current role as a business and operations consultant, Diane focuses on the development and oversight of Shield Assessments’ medical examination branch, helping ensure efficient operations, strong agency partnerships, and high-quality service delivery. Her background in leadership and public safety operations provides valuable insight into the unique demands and expectations of law enforcement and correctional agencies.
