Yes! Our medical examinations were created and tailored specifically for public safety agencies and their candidates. Where are these evaluations done?
The medical evaluations are conducted in-person and are centrally located at the South Sound Surgery Center in Auburn (101 2nd St NE Auburn, WA 98001).
How much do these examinations cost?

How long do these evaluations take?
Typically the evaluations require approximately one hour to complete the preliminary paperwork followed by another 60-90 minutes for the in-person examination.
How soon can a referring agency schedule a candidate and expect the results?
We pride ourselves in being accessible and offer availability within 1-2 weeks. Following the completion of the exam, the reports will be sent to the referring agency typically within 2-3 business days.
What is a public safety pre-employment medical examination?
To serve as a law enforcement officer, firefighter/medic, dispatcher, corrections officer, or in other specialized areas of the public safety sector candidates must be cleared medically due to the physical rigors of these positions. Our medical professionals assess many areas of physical and health functioning including, but not limited to, cardiovascular functioning, physical strength and flexibility, visual and auditory metrics, and blood testing, drug screening, and TB testing. Some medical evaluations may also consist of the need for x-rays, stress testing, and other more specialized assessment tools given the needs of a given agency and the position requirements.
